Shipping policy

 we aim to deliver your car accessories quickly, safely, and reliably to your doorstep. Please read our shipping policy to understand how your order will be handled.

🚚 1. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery Time: 2 to 5 working days (within Pakistan)

  • Remote Areas: May take up to 7 working days

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

📍 2. Delivery Locations

We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan including major cities and remote areas via trusted courier services.

📦 3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Whatsapp or email, which you can use to track your package in real-time.

⚠️ 4. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or phone number, the customer will be charged for re-delivery.

❗ 5. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier service issues

  • Public holidays or strikes

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies once the parcel has been dispatched.

📦 6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is received damaged or is not delivered within the expected time, please contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
