At dolmen mall, we strive to deliver high-quality products to our customers. However, if you face any issue, you can request a return under the following conditions:

📦 Return Eligibility

You may request a return if the product is:

  • Damaged at the time of delivery

  • Defective

  • Incorrect item delivered

  • Incomplete (missing parts/accessories)

🕒 Return request must be made within 2 days of delivery.

⚠️ Important Conditions

  •  Change of mind is not acceptable

  • The product must be unused

  • Must be returned in original packaging (box)

  • Must include:

    • Tags

    • Accessories

    • Manuals / warranty cards (if applicable)

 Note:
If the returned product is found in unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to reject the return and send it back (delivery charges will apply).

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

  • Brief description of the problem

📦 Once approved:

  • Pack the product securely

  • Ship it via any courier service (Leopard / TCS / etc.)

💰 Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refund will be processed within 3–5 working days

  • Payment will be transferred via:

    • JazzCash

    • Easypaisa

    • Bank Transfer

⚠️ Important:
Any courier charges, taxes, or deductions applied by the courier company are non-refundable.

🚫 Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Product has been used

  • Damage is caused by the customer

  • Return request is made after 2 days

  • Return is requested due to change of mind
